Abstract: According to the reality of dynamic alliance in China, the partner appraisement index system is established. The partner appraisement indexes are classified into several subindexes:enterprise resource, operation status, management level, geographical location, service, and enterprise culture, each subindex can be subdivided further. A new method for partner appraisement in dynamic alliance based on certainty factor is introduced to consider the uncertainty of appraisement. This method provides a useful solution for evaluating alliance partner effectively and efficiently.
