摘要: 提出了一种利用开关电容矩阵来实现DC/DC变换的新方法,其过程是将组合开关电容单元排列为一个M×N的矩阵SC(M,N),用一组时序信号控制组合开关,使其工作于充、放电两种状态:充电期输入电压沿矩阵的行充电;放电期矩阵转置,电容上的储能沿矩阵的列向负载放电,实现了电压的变换。设计了一个SC(2,3)的矩阵变换器电路,并进行了理论分析和仿真。Abstract: A new method about DC/DC converter with the matrix of switched-capacitors was present in this paper. The method was a matrix SC(M, N) arrayed M×N the group of switches and the capacitors. A clock controls the switches, and it only works in two states. In charging, input voltage Ug charge to the capacitors along the M rows. In discharging, the matrix has rotated, and the energy of the capacitors discharge to the load along the N ranks. So the voltage was been converted. A matrix SC(2, 3) of circuit was given and analyzed and simulated in the paper.
