Design and Implement of High-speed Spinning Machine with Distributed Computer System

  • 摘要: 对高速纺丝机采用集散控制是纺机自动控制系统的发展方向.根据系统的主要功能和工艺上的理论分析,以紧凑、经济、运行可靠和便于管理为目标,提出了总系统和各子系统的设计方案,使用一般的开发工具和设备就可进行设计和调试.系统的硬件配置能满足功能要求和设计目标,软件方面尤其是通信接口则颇具技巧,所实施的系统经实验室条件下的运行测试表明运行结果符合设计指标。该方案便于向其他类似的应用系统移植。

     

    Abstract: To adopt distributed computer system in the high-speed spinning machine is the development direction of automatic control system in spinner area.On basis of main function of system and theoretical analysis on technique and take aim at compactness economics, reliability as well as convenient management, the design idea and scheme of main system and subsystems are presented. To engage in design and debugging with general debugging tool and equipment. The function requirement and design aim of system can be satisfied by the allocation of hardware. Also,in respect of software especially in communication interface rather possess skill.In laboratory conditions,the operating debugging of implemented system shows that the operating results satisfied design requirement.This scheme is very easy to be transplanted to other similar applied system.
