无线通信用SAW滤波器的分析与设计

Analysis and Design of SAWF Applied to Wireless Communication

摘要: 针对声表面波滤波器基本理论及其频域传输函数,应用电网络分析与综合理论作出等效电路,并对梯型结构声表面波滤波器中单端对谐振器的特性进行了分析。根据理论分析设计出单端对谐振器,运用该结构设计了无线通信系统中移动电话用声表面波滤波器,并给出了设计结果。

Abstract: The paper simply introduces the architecture and foundational principle of SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Filter, then by the theory of electronic network analyses and synthesis, puts emphasis on the analyses and design about one-port SAW resonator and SAW Filter applied to the RF (Radio Frequency) part of wireless mobile communication system.
