同场景多幅图像中的强噪声抑制

Strong Noise Pollution Control in Multiple Copy Images

  • 摘要: 提出了利用独立分量分析滤除同场景多幅图像中的噪声方法,假设在含噪的同场景多幅图像中,噪声信号和图像信号之间是相互独立的。利用独立分量分析方法可以将含噪的同场景多幅图像分解成图像信号分量和噪声信号分量,根据独立分量的固定时间模式的标准差特性可以将图像信号分量提取出来,以重构成去噪结果图像。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地抑制多幅同场景图像中非零均值强高斯噪声,而且可适用于稳定噪声强度和不稳定噪声强度环境。

     

    Abstract: An effective method for strong noise pollution control in multiple copy images is proposed. If the noise and original image are mutually independent in mixed signals, the mixed signals are decomposed to an original image component and a noise component using ICA. The original image component is selected to reconstruct the result image according to standard deviation of its time course. Experimental results show that the proposed method can separate nonzero-mean noise Gaussian noise from multiple copy images, and is effective in the case of stable and unstable noise intensity.
