摘要: 利用电子显微分析法对失效电阻作了电子显微分析,查明了劣质的电阻器绝缘涂复层的防潮性能和防腐性能差。由于电阻器吸入了水汽和腐蚀性气体,引起电阻器的导电膜被电解腐蚀,最终导致电阻器失效。Abstract: A series of RY-2W-15k resistor is analyzed with EPMA. It is proved that the poorer the quality of insulated coat is, the poorer function it has against wet and etch. As the resistor absorbs moisture or/and eching gas, the electroconductive film of resistor is etched for electrolysis, which results in resistor disfuction.
