The merit of the improved two-able method is expounded through the quantitative analysis of the arithmetic and calculation quantity. At last, this paper quantificationally compares the directly table-searching method and the two-table method.

Cheng Dongnian, Liu Zengji
2000, 29(1): 20-24.
Abstract:
This paper proposes a fuzzy-logic-based cell discarding scheme employing a new cell choice discipline. The proposed scheme serves the purpose of not only dropping cells fairly but minimizing the network resource volume consumed by lost cells. Two useful properties are derived of the weighted average fuzzy inference on the basis of "symmetric fuzzy sets". A new cell choice discipline, determined by a fuzzy quantitative relation featuring cost-effectiveness and fairness, is presented. The results obtained from simulation show that the proposed scheme can make a marked improvement on the average volume of lost network resources and the cell discarding fairness.

2000, 29(1): 25-28.
Abstract:
From the requests of Turbo-codes' coding and decoding, interleaver's relativity is discussed, and the performance of interleaver design affecting the hamming distance of Turbo-codes is analyzed. Relativity is proposed as a criterion. Based on the criterion, a new interleaving method of inverse diagonal is introduced. Because the relative coefficient of new method is zero and the length of interleaving is short, Turbo-codes can get satisfying error correcting. The conclusion is proved by simulation.

Variation of the normalized force verses according to the geometric parameters is illustrated. The typical Special cases are analyzed, including the force between charged strings, narrow lines and broad lines.

Design of Circuit Analog Absorber Using Genetic Algorithm
Rao Kejin, Gou Yi
2000, 29(1): 54-60.
Abstract:
This paper presents a new method for designing circuit analog (CA) multi-layer absorbers using modern genetic algorithm (GA). The GA automatically synthesizes the EM parameters and thickness of each layer and the parameters of the metal circuit screen provide several design schemes simultaneously. But when using the GA in designing extraordinary wide band absorbers, its iterative process will go to fluctuation and give some bad results within the band. For overcoming these drawbacks, two techniques are introduced to GA program, and the operating performance is improved obviously. The new method shows that it is of high design efficiency and of easy use. The design examples also show that in the absorber without metal base cases, the characteristics of CA absorbers are much superior than ordinary designs, which give low reflection within very wide band with a thinner thickness and less materials used.

Abstract:
The electromagnetic wave reflection characteristic of materials is decided by permeability μr, permittivity εr and the structure of the RAM. In this paper, the temperature stability of absorbing performance(TSAP) of M and W type hexaferrite are studied in the frequency band f=8~12 GHz, with the test temperature of 18~100℃. As a result, the uniaxial anisotropy hexaferrite has better TSAP than planar hexaferrite, when the initial permeability μi also has better temperature stability.
