Abstract:
Recursive sums of residues algorithm(RSR algorithm) is briefly introduced in this paper An improved RSR algorithm is presented, which bases on binary redundant representations (BRR algorithm). It is shown by theoretical analysis that the proposed algorithm decreases the recursive steps by 17.2% on average. Compared with traditional BR algorithm, the new algorithm obtains the speed improvement by about 58.6% on average.

This paper puts forward a modified two-table method and a directly table-searching method to accomplish the algebraic arithmetic on the Galois Field based on the arithmetical principle. The new two-table method consumedly decreases the total number of table-searching and predigests the algorithm for error controlling system. The merit of the improved two-able method is expounded through the quantitative analysis of the arithmetic and calculation quantity. At last, this paper quantificationally compares the directly table-searching method and the two-table method.

Abstract:
The digital stereo encoder applied in FM broadcast is accomplished with DSP chip TMS320C50 and high-speed A/D chip. The method of digital interpolator in digital FM stereo encoder is proposed. This paper also discusses the design of digital filter based on Kaise window in detail, which is used to increase the sampling rate. This method not only improves the acoustic quality and the isolation level among stereo channels, but reduces the computation. The measuring results are also given in this paper.

Abstract:
This paper proposes a fuzzy-logic-based cell discarding scheme employing a new cell choice discipline. The proposed scheme serves the purpose of not only dropping cells fairly but minimizing the network resource volume consumed by lost cells. Two useful properties are derived of the weighted average fuzzy inference on the basis of "symmetric fuzzy sets". A new cell choice discipline, determined by a fuzzy quantitative relation featuring cost-effectiveness and fairness, is presented. The results obtained from simulation show that the proposed scheme can make a marked improvement on the average volume of lost network resources and the cell discarding fairness.

Abstract:
From the requests of Turbo-codes' coding and decoding, interleaver's relativity is discussed, and the performance of interleaver design affecting the hamming distance of Turbo-codes is analyzed. Relativity is proposed as a criterion. Based on the criterion, a new interleaving method of inverse diagonal is introduced. Because the relative coefficient of new method is zero and the length of interleaving is short, Turbo-codes can get satisfying error correcting. The conclusion is proved by simulation.

In ECDIS, in order to add radar video on chart layer simultaneously, precisely, dynamically, the gathered Radar information must be transformed, namely transform the circumference scan system to raster scan system. This paper put forward a method of proportional multiplicator which is based on trigonometric function transformation. This method solves the problem of transforming the bearing azimuth and the radial distance of an object, which is transformed to the bitmap address in the video RAM. So transformation of radar information of ECDIS is realized.

This paper studies the problem of signal reconstruction from spectral phase. The convergence problem of relaxed iterative algorithm is discussed based on the convenience proof using normalized correlation factor. Three modification methods are presented and compared. The first modification method presented in this paper, of relaxed iterative algorithm with order one or two, is recommended.

Based on one-way hashing function, this paper introduces a simple cheater identification method for enforcing the security of Shamir's secret sharing (k,n) threshold schemes. As arithmetic coding principles being introduced, the cheater identification method not only can detect cheating in the secret reconstructing process, but also can identify the cheaters.

A compact integrative millimeter-wave hybrid integrated local oscillator-mixer component and its design method are presented in this paper. This component consists of a mechanical tuning finline Gunn oscillator and a balanced mixer using a simple finline-microstrip magic-T structure. The measured values of the designed and fabricated component at the Ka band have been obtained:with LO at 35 GHz, the conversion loss of 4.7 to 9.5 dB has been achieved with RF varied from 26.5 to 40 GHz; and with IF at 100 MHz, the conversion loss of 4.9 to 6.2 dB has been achieved when the RF is changed with LO which is varied from 33 to 37 GHz.

The electrostatic field region on the cross section of two charged parallel strip transmission lines in a plane is transformed into the interior of a rectangle with the conformal mapping. The capacitance and the electrostatic energy per unit length of the transmission lines are obtained. On the basis of the principle of virtual work, the electrostatic force between the two lines is calculated. Variation of the normalized force verses according to the geometric parameters is illustrated. The typical Special cases are analyzed, including the force between charged strings, narrow lines and broad lines.

The schematic diagram of PCBs (printed circuit boards) is analyzed based on fault diagnosis, and the diagnostic information flow model (DIFM) of PCBs is built. The observing relations between tests and faults are emphasized and described clearly with DIFM. Based on DIFM, fault diagnosis of PCBs is studied, and efficiency of the model is verified. Moreover, DIFM also can be used for handling with some multiple faults.

Abstract:
This paper presents a new method for designing circuit analog (CA) multi-layer absorbers using modern genetic algorithm (GA). The GA automatically synthesizes the EM parameters and thickness of each layer and the parameters of the metal circuit screen provide several design schemes simultaneously. But when using the GA in designing extraordinary wide band absorbers, its iterative process will go to fluctuation and give some bad results within the band. For overcoming these drawbacks, two techniques are introduced to GA program, and the operating performance is improved obviously. The new method shows that it is of high design efficiency and of easy use. The design examples also show that in the absorber without metal base cases, the characteristics of CA absorbers are much superior than ordinary designs, which give low reflection within very wide band with a thinner thickness and less materials used.

The electromagnetic wave reflection characteristic of materials is decided by permeability μr, permittivity εr and the structure of the RAM. In this paper, the temperature stability of absorbing performance(TSAP) of M and W type hexaferrite are studied in the frequency band f=8~12 GHz, with the test temperature of 18~100℃. As a result, the uniaxial anisotropy hexaferrite has better TSAP than planar hexaferrite, when the initial permeability μi also has better temperature stability.

A set of coupled nonlinear differential equations of the FEM amplifier are derived in three dimensions for a configuration consisting of a cylindrical waveguide and a planar wiggler These equations include the effects of electron momentum spread and wiggler taper governing the self-consistent evolution of TE mode and trajectories of an ensemble of electrons. The initial conditions are chosen to model the adiabatic injection of a cylindrically symmetric electron beam. Computer program based on these equations is made and nonlinear effect including saturation efficiency and bandwidth is analyzed.

Security issue is the major factor essential to the wide spread of PVM. A proposal is provided to enhance PVM security property. It solves the security problems of interception, interference, forgery and replay, which endanger the messages delivered among computers in a cluster. It is independent of specific protocols of the lower levels of networks, consuming a limited number of system resources and available to dynamic configuration.

In this paper, the stability of Hopfield neural networks is investigated. Under two different circumstances, with activation functions being strictly increased and activation functions being strictly increased but their gains being limited, this paper put forth the criteria that ensure the global exponential stability of networks. As to the networks whose activation functions are strictly increased and whose neuron connection matrix T is diagonal stable, the exponential convergence rate is given.
