A MPLS Traffic Engineering-based Route Selecting Mechanism

Abstract:
By the analysis of why and how the phenomena of oscillation to be happened in traditional IP QoS routing, the new concepts of call level QoS routing and packet level QoS routing as well as the Multi-Label QoS Routing (MLR) mechanism are proposed. As a mechanism of packet level QoS routing, the MPLS, it can overcome the oscillation theoretically, and also improve the overall network performance and network resource utilization rate as well. The experiment results of simulation are achieved by simultaneously running the real-time and non-real-time traffic.

Abstract:
A two-step iris location approach combining coarse location and fine location is presented to ameliorate the limitation of the existing iris location algorithm. First, the gray scale projection approach is used for estimating the edge of iris. Then precisely locating iris's edge with circular edge template. Experiment shows that this method can overcome the difficulties that the existing iris location algorithm likely to encounter if required to deal with images that contain broader regions of surrounding face than the immediate eye region.
Investigation on Characteristics of All-optical Wavelength Converter Based on SOA-XPM

Abstract:
The characteristics of all-optical wavelength converter based on SOA-XPM are investigated on PTDS (Photonic Transmission Design Suite) simulator. Through extensive numerical simulation,the effects of the operational parameters when using such kind of wavelength converters,such as the signal average power, probe average power and injection current on the performance indexes of the modulated probe signal such as Q value,extinction ratio and BER are emulated and analyzed thoroughly. And the performance of the wavelength converter is studied. Some results, which are useful to the optimal design of the wavelength converter based on SOA-XPM, are obtained.

Abstract:
The paper studies the characteristics of EDFA and RFA in detail on the base of emulation experiments using PTDS, which is a simulation platform for optical transmission system emulation. A 1dB-gain-flatness-bandwidth reaching 3.75 THz, 3dB-bandwidth reaching 4.25 THz and OSNR at 193.1 THz reaching 38.5 dB hybrid amplifier comprised of a distributed Raman amplifier and an EDFA has been achieved and is applied in a 4-channel DWDM communications system. After 230 km transmission, the output signals are excellent. The output OSNR reaches 33.14 dB, the output power reaches 4 μW and the BER reaches 3.8×10-10.

Abstract:
The simple generalizing topic of the Haar wavelet is investigated in this paper. Firstly, an new concept called as the scaling coefficient function is presented and then introducing the time shift factor into the scaling coefficient function, the Haar wavelet is extended to the generalized Haar wavelets which an novel class of orthonormal wavelet. Secondly, the rationality of the simple generalizing method of the orthonormal wavelet, which presented in this paper, is studied theoretically and some properties of the generalized Haar wavelet are discussed. Finally, the closed form expression of the generalized Haar wavelet is given in both the time domain and the frequency domain.

Abstract:
The article puts forward full state shifted counter according to the state's using shortage of the shifted counter. It introduces the design of full state shifted counter. Sametime the article analyses the two effective cycles of the 4 bits twisted ring counter's state diagram. Then it discusses taken apart ring, chain of ring and the forming of full state's state diagram with the shifted regular. And it gets feedback function Karnaugh map and feedback function expression of full state shifted counter. Finally it gives the normal expression of the full state shifted counter's feedback function.

Abstract:
In This paper, a new measuring method for selecting the adjusting spacer of truck's rear axle gear by measuring the dimension of the installing space of truck's rear axle gear is presented. Based on the measuring method, the measuring machine for installing station of truck's rear axle gear has been designed and manufactured. This machine is very simple to operate and the measuring result can be given immediately. Furthmore, the measuring precision is very high.the machine has been successfully used in truck assembly line. Due to using the machine, the quality and work efficiency are raised noticeably.

Abstract:
The measurement of substrate noise waveforms in mixed-signal integrated circuits is described in this paper.This method uses voltage comparators as on-chip noise detectors.From the influence of substrate noise on the comparator's state,the noise can be measured statistically.The substrate noise waveform can be reconstructed by using the measured results.The block diagram of a test system is designed.The formula of the equivalently sampled noise voltage and the test error are deduced. The experimental result through SPICE simulation is given based on the experimental circuits set up along with their substrate models.

To engage in design and debugging with general debugging tool and equipment. The function requirement and design aim of system can be satisfied by the allocation of hardware. Abstract:
A new method of mesh-autodivision for space of electronic optical system is presented in this paper. And basing it, a program of "auto-adapting mesh-division for boundary of electronic optical system" is developed. With this program, the mesh-autodivision with small mesh pitch and the parameters of each mesh point for the close area of electronic optical system with arbitrary boundary can be achieved. Thus, the data-in of the system boundary and the modification of the boundary outline and the mesh pitch can be simplified and the designing of electronic optical system can be rapidly completed.

Abstract:
With increasing drastically of Internet traffics and new application, only TCP protocol cannot be competent for all tasks of congestion control. This is review paper on recent word about congestion control of Internet. The reason of congestion of Internet is analyzed, then several methods of network congestion control are presented, they include congestion control strategies for routers and congestion control methods for multimedia real-time streams and multicast streams. Particularly, a reasonable category about multicast congestion control mechanism is presented, with analyzing of their advantage and shortcoming. At last we make conclusion that multiform strategies must be used for congestion control of network.

This paper introduces the background of code instrumentation technology and gives a brief comparison between manual and automatic instrumentation at first. Then the paper puts the focus on the analysis and comparison of the feasibility and solution of implementing code instrumentation in different compiling phases. One CPU-independent syntax and lexical analysis phase with code instrumentation function based on the preprocessed file inserted between preprocessing and compiling phase is proposed and the implementation of one simple prototype is provided at last.

Based on analyzing of evolution genetic algorithm (EGA), some shortcomings are pointed out in this paper:EGA has a bad performance when the solution of a problem is on the boundary, and sometimes the operator of mutation will cause some mistaken. Some improvements are presented in this paper:new genetic operators of crossover and mutation. Through computing of an example, ones can see that the new algorithm has better performance when the solution is on the boundary.

An New Segmentation Method of Cell Image Based on Logical and Morphological Information

Abstract:
A new, simple algorithm of counting and segmenting cell image is suggested in this paper. It is based on the feature of cell's logical and morphological information. By using of mathematics morphological logical operation and laplacian filter, the method is realized with the MATLAB 5.10. Specially, first, it gets the logical and morphological feature of blood cell image with logical and morphological operation. Then, distinguishes the segmented cells from their background according to this feature, and at the same time this method can segment special blood cell from its neighborhood. Particularly does this method can count the number of blood cells, however, this counting is not very accurate. In this article the segment effect of this algorithm is tested with blood cell image and the result is desirable. It is very useful for cell image where the cells don't contact closely.

By using the method of structural pattern recognition, multistage sequence of equal-string form is built. By transforming and analyzing history data of stock market, examining the probability of payoff or loss, a new analysis method of securities investment is established, namely equal-string form combination predicted method. By this prediction method, the lag and the uncertainty of traditional analysis can be remedied partly, the relevant parameter to consistent with the movement of market can be adjusted immediately, and the success ratio of forecast can be also heightened. In the meanwhile, computer can easily recognize it.

Abstract:
In this paper we use a new self-organizing data mining method-Fuzzy Rule Induction(FRI), which extracts Fuzzy rules based on GMDH technique from the data autonomously to form the Fuzzy Model described in a more natural language. Some principles and processes of FRI method are developed in this paper. A model case about the economy in SiChuan Province of China is presented to analyzing some critical factors affecting the increase of GDP of SiChuan, while the related suggestions of policy are derived from this foundation. In addition, the comparison between the FRI and the GMDH has showed the advantage of FRI in anglicizing factor.

A question of formation confidence interval for parameter of exponential distribution from incomplete observational data is discussed. A new confidence interval method is given. The pivot variable for confidence interval estimation of the parameter is constructed by making use of any two order statistics. The distribution function and probability density function of this pivot variable is obtained. An approximate confidence interval from large sample is obtained also.
