Abstract: In order to measuring photocurrent-voltage characteristics, sandwich-type cells were fabricated by the vacuum evaporation technique. The cells were investigated recording in situ current-voltage(I-V) characteristics and photoelectric sensitivity. The obtained charge intensification effect of DiMe-PTCDI under a bias voltage of 17 V is 103 times. Furthermore, the photocurrent-voltage characteristics obey fowler-nordheim equation, which indicates charge intensification effect by tunneling injection process.
