Abstract: In this paper,the properties of MnCoNi system NTC thermistors doped with Nb2O5 are investigated through X-ray powder diffraction,SEM,and electrical conductivity measurements.Studies of the doped thermistors show that their resistances vs temperature behaviors are similar to those undoped,while their resistivities at 25℃ and their sensitivity indexes are increased and their electrical stability is nearly tripled.
