Abstract: Considering the shortage of application-specific pseudo-random sequence generator, the characteristics of pseudo-random sequence and its generation principle based on high-speed data generator are discussed in details in this paper. High-speed data generator based pseudo-random sequence generation is one of the development directions of data domain test. A few kinds of patterns of pseudo-random sequences and the methods of their generation are described first. Then the basic principle of the generation is introduced. And the implementation of typical pseudo-random sequence is presented. The experiment result is given.
