Abstract: It analyzes the situation and the difficulties of West high-tech industry's development. It also points out the characters of the industry that it can exert SMEs' virtue sufficiently and offer them rare development chance. In contrary SMEs' development can accelerate high-tech industry's development. It also discusses that the interaction between West SMEs and high-tech industry can accelerate the increase of West economy and it also puts forward the idea that we should accelerate West SMEs and high-tech industry's corporate development.
