Research on Dynamic Behavior of Micromachined Capacitive Accelerometer

摘要: 建立了电容式微机械加速度计闭环系统的二阶近似模型,分析了伺服电路增益和带宽对闭环系统动态特性的影响,提出了调节伺服电路参数来补偿系统动态性能的方法,给出了不同输入条件下系统初始启动稳定时间和输出误差的计算方法。Abstract: The second-order proximate model on closed-loop system of Micromachined Capacitive Accelerometer is set up. Influence of the gain and bandwidth of servo-circuit on the dynamic behavior of closed-loop system is analyzed. The method to compensate dynamic performance of servo-system by adjusting the parameters of servo-circuit is put forward. The computational methods of start-up response time and output error of servo-system are given in different inputs.
