Abstract: This paper presents the deficiency of the definition method of nowadays evaluation price by analyzing the selection of the method of shadow price of the national economy evaluation. By applyzing the viewpoint ofradiating effect, the definition method of evaluation price of the goods is given in which price is controlled by the government, and which systematicly sums up the system The method of selecting the shadow price is also considered.
