摘要: 建立了企业决策与政府宏观经济政策的博弈模型,分析了企业资本结构对宏观政策的动态适应性;给出了包含宏观政策变量的最优资本结构函数关系式;讨论了政府宏观经济政策变动对企业最优资本结构的影响。

Abstract: This paper builds a game model betWeen company and government, and analyzes the adaptbility of capital structUre to macroeconomic policy. The optimal capital structure function is also given. which includes the variable of macroeconomic policy. The influences of the macroeconomic policy on the optimal capital structure of the company are discussed.
