一种快速自动精密定位系统的研究

Study of A System with Fast,Automatic,Precision Location

  • 摘要: 以谐振腔机械调谐机构为例,对快速自动精密定位系统进行了分析与实验研究。应用机电一体化技术对这种自动机械定位装置进行建模,并作动态数字仿真。根据仿真结果,设计了硬件闭环控制、测试系统及配套软件,使整个机电系统达到了较好的统一,满足设计要求,取得了良好效果。所得结果对类似的精密位置控制装置具有普遍意义。

     

    Abstract: A mechanical system with fast automatic precision location function is studied and analyzed.A mathematical model of the system is given in this paper.Using the model,the dynamic analysis about the system is made and the dynamics of the system is gained.According to the results,the control closed system is finished.The experiment of the system is proved to be good and it is shown that the system can satisfy the requirement,which is a good example for combining machinery with electronics.The method of the device has significance for the system of precision location.
