Abstract: The characteristic of low earth mobile satellite cornmunication channel is a important factor of service quality. A scheme of channel simulator is proposed in this paper, which can simulate the con-dition of LEO satellite real time operation. The scheme is realized by computer. The results are similar to theoritical analysis.
