面向对象技术及其在VXI系统中的应用
Object Oriented Technology for ATE Applied to VXIbus System

摘要: 讨论了引入面向对象技术来设计自动测试系统软件的方法,提出了自动测试系统对象模型及其在此模型下各对象的构造技术,并将其用于VXI高速多通道数据采集系统。结果表明面向对象技术可优化测试软件结构,缩短测试软件开发周期,达到事半功倍的效果。Abstract: A object-oriented technology is introduced to make up ATE software in this paper. Based on this method,a object model for ATE is derived,and how to construct every test object is studied.Finally this model is applied in the high-speed and multi-channel data acquisition system on VXIbus.The results show that the object-oriented approach is a valid way to improve the software architecture of mea-surement system.
