Anderson's Flux Creep Model and Irreversibility Lines in Superconductors

摘要: 基于A nderson磁通蠕动模型,分析了超导体中的磁通弛豫过程。发现了当钉扎势与热激发能的比值减小到一定值之后,超导体就会发生从磁性不可逆性向磁性可逆性的转变;不可逆线对应的是超导体中临界态消失的一条曲线。Abstract: Based on Anderson's flux creep model, the process of flux relaxation in superconductors is analyzed in this paper.It is found that the transition of magnetic reversible property to magnetic irreversibility in superconductors can be predicted when the ratio of pining potential to thermal excitation energy decreases to a certain value.The irreversibility line correlates to the disappearance of critical state in superconductors.
