Study on Ceramic Materials of CaTiSiO5-TiO2 System for High Frequency Capacitor

  • 摘要: 介绍一种以CaTiSiO5-TiO2为主晶相的高频热稳定、高频热补偿电容器瓷料。通过调整CaTiSiO5及TiO2的百分含量,选择WO3和ZnO为添加剂,合理控制烧成温度,以适当温度预烧等方法,可得到介电系数高于国家标准,温度系数组别多达10,烧成温度范围达20℃以上,工艺性好、重复性强、成本低的高频电容器瓷料。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a high frequency hot-steady and hot-compensatory ceramic materials for capacitor,which is mainly composed of CaTiSiO5-TiO2.By requlating percent content of CaTiSiO5 and TiO2, selecting WO3 and ZnO to be additives, controlling rationaliy sintering temperature, and presintering in suitable temperature, the excellent ceramic materials for high frequency capacitor are got.The dielectric constant is higher than country standard,many groups are up to ten by temperature coefficient, wide range of sintering temperature is up to 20℃.It also has good and repeatable procedure condition and low cost.
