一类脉冲发放型人工神经元

A Class of New Circuits of Pulse Firing type Artificial Neurons

  • 摘要: 从可编程神经脉冲振荡器(PNPO-Programmable Nerual Pulse Oscilator)的数学原理出发,理论上探讨了构建恒定脉宽PNPO模型的原理和条件,提出一类脉冲发放型人工神经元电路,模拟生物神经元输出等幅、恒宽、频率可编程的离散电脉冲信号。然后用OTA (Operatinal Transconductance Amplifier)器件实现并进行实验性能测试。

     

    Abstract: Based on the mathematical principle of the programmable neural oscillator (PNPO),the principles and oscillating conditions,by which the constant pulse-width PNPO is built,are induced in this paper.A class of models and circuits of pulse-firing-type artificial neuron are presented.Those novel circuits can simulate the electrical behaviour of biological neurons,and output discrete pulse signals uniform in amplitude,constant in pulse width and programmable in firing frequency.Finally,those new PNPO's are implemented by use of operational transconductance amplifires (OTA's),and then their characteristics are measured in experiment.
