Polarographic Electrochemical Behaviour of 1,2,4-Trihydroxyanthraquinone-3 Carboxylic Acid

摘要: 在滴汞电极上研究了1,2,4-三羟基蒽醌-3-羧酸的电还原行为。极谱研究的结果表明该电活性物质在滴汞电极上的极谱波在pH=3.9时,E1/2=-0.47V,其电极过程是由扩散控制的。该电活性物质的电还原过程需要两个电子及一个氢离子,还原产物为相应的氢醌。提出了可能的还原机理,并指出该极谱法可用于测定三羟基蒽醌羧酸的浓度。Abstract: The electroreduction of 1,2,4-trihydroxyanthraquinone-3 carboxylic acid on the dropping mercury electrode (DME) is investigated.The research results of polarogram of the electroactive reagent show that at pH=3.9 the electrode process of one wave E1/2=-0.47V/SCE is controlled by diffusione.The electroactive reagent on DME needs two electrons and one hydrogen ion to produce the respective hydroquinone.The polarograhpy method can be used to analysis the concentration of the electroactive reagent.One possible reaction mechanism is proposed.
