摘要: 阐述了科技期刊的科学性、实用性、时效性、有效性等几个特性,它们是科技期刊生命力的基础。文中指出围绕着科技期刊的完善和发展,是科技期刊编辑的着力点和工作出发点。Abstract: In this paper,the characteristics of scientific and technical periodicals are discussed,which are the basis of the existence of scientific and technical periodicals.It is pointed out that the completion and the improvement of scientific and technical periodicals are the soul in the editing.
