Abstract: Based on the signal analysis methods and the equivalent to the phase accumulator,the distribution rules of direct digital synthesizer(DDS) with amplitude quantization (ROM truncation) are deduced.The results are agreed with the computer simulation given by the Ref1,and the DDS' theory is completed.
