Optimization of Network Design for Co-Site Frequency-Hopping System

  • VHF Frequency hopping radios located together on a vehicle may cause serious interference, which is called co-site interference. According with this problem, the frequency-distribution mode and the precondition of causing co-site interference are determined. Based on the analysis of co-site interference probabilities, a multi-objective optimization model is established to optimize the frequency-distribution for VHF frequency- hopping radios. Optimized result is achieved by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm and heuristic method based on a mass of random restriction samples. Simulation and verification results are given.
