Study on the Heartbeat Mechanism for Triple Modular Redundant Multi-Machine System

  • A heartbeat monitor mechanism which is designed especially for the multi-machine system with high reliablity is introduced. With the turbine triple modular redundant emergency trip system as research object, the experimental system is designed to be multi-master and multi-slave structure. The heartbeat monitor model combining PUSH and PULL can decrease the misdiagnosis rate greatly. Simulation results and field commissioning prove the effectiveness and reliability of this mechanism.
