Passive Tracking Based on Join Probabilistic Data Association with Signal Feature of Emitted Source

A new data association algorithm based on signal feature is proposed, which uses not only spatial information but also signal feature information. With those information combined, the new algorithm can effectively work within those occasions when the conventional algorithms don't work well. Some simulation experiments are presented in this paper, which obviously verifies the validity of the new algorithm.
