Research on Space Mapping Technology and Its' Applications in LTCC Circuit Designs

The state of the art of space mapping technology, mathematic interpretation and applications in engineering optimization are introduced in this paper. In order to carry out the applications of space mapping technique in Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic (LTCC) designs, this paper develops a space mapping system optimization software. An example of parallel capacitor model with the multiple frequencies space mapping technique has been established to illustrate the significance of modeling for passive component.
