Research of Temperature Control System for Melting-Salt Electrochemistry Furnace

  • The design of an electrochemistry furnace for melting-salt electrochemistry tantalum anodic oxidation process and its temperature control system is introduced in this paper. The application of the parameter self-tuning fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller in this temperature control system is studied. In comparison with the conventional PID temperature control system, the simulation results indicate that the electrochemistry furnace with the parameter self-tuning PID controller has high control precision, good dynamic and static performances. The spot experiment result shows that the design has good practicability and validity.
