Abstract
The paper constructs index system of enterprise core competence and applies fuzzy numbers as expression mode, combining with enterprises' practice, and put forward a fuzzy multi-attribute method of evaluating core competence on the basis of traditional evaluating ways. Meanwhile, a feasible mathematic model is founded, and through the instance analysis, showing the effectiveness, common-ability and scientific of this model.
