Preparation and Microwave Properties of BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2 Nano Particles

  • In present paper, the homogeneous dispersion nano powder of BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2 was prepared by citrate method. The average size of particle is about 30nm by X-ray diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscope. Its main phase is Nd2Ti2O7, and there is a little second phase of BaNd2Ti4O12 after 1300℃ sintering. The single layer microwave ceramic capacitor prepared by this ceramic material which has excellent microwave dielectric properties.
