Analysis and SPICE Simulation of Substrate Crosstalk in Mixed-signal IC Digital PLL

In this paper, a complex mixed-signal circuit-monolithic digital phase-locked loop along with its substrate crosstalk models is built and simulated using PSPICE and two external programs written in C Languadge. The study and analysis provide us better insight into the effect of substrate crosstalk on a complex mixed-signal circuit. Proper substrate type for opplication is dcveloped.
