Synthesis of PLZT Piezoelectric Ceramic Powder Through Hydrothermal Method
PLZTPb1-xLaz(Zr1-yTiy)(1-x)/4O4 polycrystal ceramic powder are synthesed through by drothermal method. The influences of reaction temperature, time and mineralizer concentration on the PLZT crystallization process are discussed. The results showed that the Perovskite structure can be obtained at reaction temperature 200℃, mineralizer concentration 5 mol and reaction time 12 h.
