Reachability Tree Method and Its Application to Fault Diagnosis for Digital Circuits

In this paper, a fault pattern for digital circuits is presented via Petri nets.This paper introduces one of methods of analysis for Petri net the reachability tree method.It can be applied to all classes nets, but is limited to "small" nets due to the complexity of the state space explosion. This work find a reachability tree method is used to solve diagnosis fault of digital circuits.
