Object Oriented Technology for ATE Applied to VXIbus System

A object-oriented technology is introduced to make up ATE software in this paper. Based on this method,a object model for ATE is derived,and how to construct every test object is studied.Finally this model is applied in the high-speed and multi-channel data acquisition system on VXIbus.The results show that the object-oriented approach is a valid way to improve the software architecture of mea-surement system.
