As the acidemic foundmental of computer science,formal language and automatic machine theory are important for specification and analysis of programming language.The element principle of formal language and automatic machine are introduced in this paper.Then the defination of the context-free gramma,context sensitive gramma,and their relative language are given.The relationship between them is also dicussed.
