Quasi-TEM Study of Coplanar Waveguide with Step Microshield
A new configuration of coplanar transmission lines is discussed,including step microshield coplanar waveguide(SMCPW).The simple,analysis and practical formulas for the evaluation of the quasi -TEM characteristic parameters is presented,which is based on a conformal mapping procedure.The results show the characteristics of these new transmission lines.
