基于人工智能的舰载雷达航迹实时动态预测

Real-time dynamic prediction of ship-borne radar track based on artificial intelligence

  • 摘要: 针对船载雷达信号中目标轨迹预测不精准、航迹容易间断、受噪声信号影响大以及无法满足信号的实时性处理等问题,本文提出了基于人工智能的船载雷达航迹动态预测与显示算法,以提升船载雷达智能化水平与目标识别能力,为目标航迹精准预测提供重要的技术支持和创新思路。首先通过目标航迹点的智能识别与分类来有效区分目标与干扰信号,进而提升船载雷达目标识别能力,然后对目标航迹点轨迹曲线进行拟合,为目标轨迹分析提供有力支持,最后采用滑动窗来满足实时任务需求,实现对雷达回波信号的实时处理与分析,提高了目标航迹显示的实时性。实验结果表明,本文提出的船载雷达航迹实时动态预测算法的准确率为92.61%、召回率为98.98%,优于其他相关算法。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of inaccurate target trajectory prediction, easy track discontinuity, great influence of noise signal and inability to meet the real-time processing of signal in shipborne radar signal, this paper proposes a dynamic prediction and display algorithm of shipborne radar track based on artificial intelligence, so as to improve the intelligent level and target recognition ability of shipborne radar, and provide important technical support and innovative ideas for accurate prediction of target track. Firstly, the intelligent recognition and classification of target track points are used to effectively distinguish the target and interference signals, so as to improve the target recognition ability of ship-borne radar. Then, the trajectory curve of target track points is fitted to provide strong support for target trajectory analysis. Finally, the sliding window is used to meet the real-time task requirements, realize the real-time processing and analysis of radar echo signals, and improve the real-time performance of target track display. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the real-time dynamic prediction algorithm for ship-borne radar track proposed in this paper is 92.61 %, and the recall rate is 98.98 %, which is better than other related algorithms.
