空间映射方法研究及其在LTCC设计中的应用

Research on Space Mapping Technology and Its' Applications in LTCC Circuit Designs

  • 摘要: 介绍了空间映射方法的一些基本概念、发展和数学表达。为了能在含大量复杂结构的LTCC电路建模和优化中实现空间映射方法应用,开发了空间映射系统实用软件,并给出了应用多重频率空间映射方法为LTCC平行耦合电容建立增强模型实例。这些工作的完成,能为加快复杂电磁元件设计、优化过程提供有效帮助。

     

    Abstract: The state of the art of space mapping technology, mathematic interpretation and applications in engineering optimization are introduced in this paper. In order to carry out the applications of space mapping technique in Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic (LTCC) designs, this paper develops a space mapping system optimization software. An example of parallel capacitor model with the multiple frequencies space mapping technique has been established to illustrate the significance of modeling for passive component.
