Abstract: To realize the transfers of network integrated service data without any change of the current hardware establishment of Ethernet, this paper theoretically and practically introduces how to design and construct a hard-real-time integrated services Ethernet with the capability of transferring hard-real-time data, soft-real-time data and non real-time data on the basis of ourselves-designed network protocol RISE.
