Abstract: Aiming at the drawbacks of proxy blind signature scheme, we propose a new improved proxy blind signature scheme to overcome the forgery factors. In the blind signature, a strong blind signature is constructed with three random factors. It has really completed unforgeablity and unlinkability in the electronic tractions of business in contrast against the previous ones.
