Abstract: Wavelength division multiplexing/Optical code division multiplexing access (WDM/OCDMA) networks scheme has been achieved in the paper. The performance of OCDMA and WDM/OCDMA networks are investigated in detail, the formulation of bit error rate (BER) and throughput of the networks has been deduced taking into account system chip synchronization and Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN). The simulation result demonstrate that the capacity of WDM/OCDMA achieve better than that of the OCDMA, and construct networks more facility and agility.
