Abstract: A class of fuzzy multi-valued implicit quasi-variational inclusions without the compactness condition and the corresponding fuzzy implicit resolvent operator equation in Banach space are introduced and studied. By using the resolvent operator technique, the equivalence between the fuzzy multi-valued implicit quasi-variational inclusions and the fuzzy resolvent operator equation in Banach space are established. A iterative algorithms、the existence theorem of solutions and iterative approximation for solving the fuzzy multi-valued implicit quasi-variational inclusions in Banach space are obtained.
