新型有机电致发光材料合成工艺的研究

摘要: 研究了以苯甲酰肼、间苯二甲酰氯为起始原料制备1,3-双(5-苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑苯的合成方法与工艺。总收率为56.1%,经高效液相色谱检测产品纯度为99.9%。通过优化实验,详细探讨了溶剂、提纯方法等因素对合成反应的影响规律。并对产品的结构与性能进行了相关的测试,其光致发光波长(PL峰)为400~472 nm,熔点为247~248℃。Abstract: Starting from benzoylhydrazine and isophthaloyl chloride,synthetic method and technology of (1,3-bis (5-phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)benzene are studied in details. The yield of product is 56.1% and the purity is 99.9% by the analysis of HPLC. The affection laws of factors such as solvent and method for purification are discussed. The structure and properties of the material are also tested and its PL peaks are between 400~472 nm with its melting point in the range of 247~248℃.
