Research on the Topology of High-Voltage Switching Power Supply

  • 摘要: 提出了高压Buck型全桥变换器存在的高压滤波电感的安全性和变压器副边分布电容的问题,并介绍了一种适用于高压开关电源的移相全桥Boost型软开关电路。通过对Boost型电路的软开关过程进行时间分段分析,再利用Pspice仿真对理论分析结果进行了验证,最后将Boost型与Buck型全桥高压变换器的输出滤波电感耐压特性、多路输出的交错调节能力和变压器的磁不平衡问题等方面进行了比较,结果表明Boost型移相全桥变换器具有更好的交错调节能力和自动抑制变压器的磁不平衡的能力,是一种适用于高压电源的拓扑。

     

    Abstract: This article refers to the security of high-voltage filter inductor and the distributed capacitance of the transformer's secondary winding and introduces a phase shifted controlled full-bridge boost topology, which is applicable for high-voltage power supplies. The soft switch process of boost mode is analyzed by time subsection, the theoretically analyzed result is validated with Pspice simulation, then the boost circuit and buck mode are compared with resistant voltage trait of output filter inductor, cross regulation capability of multi-route output and transformer's magnetic unbalanced issue. The research indicates that the boost mode phase shifted controlled full-bridge converter performs better in cross regulation capability and the self-control of transformer's magnetic unbalanced issue, which is suitable for high-voltage applications.
