高压线性光电耦合器的研制

Design and Fabrication of Optocoupler with High Voltage and High Linearity

  • 摘要: 设计了一种能够实现模拟信号高精度传输与高电压隔离的高压线性光电耦合器,它以GaAlAs红外发光二极管为发光器件,采用Si-PIN光电二极管为光敏元件。叙述了高压线性光电耦合器的工作原理和其中部分电路的设计,分析了影响其线性度和隔离性能的两个主要因素是光电二极管位置不对称和器件内部的封装胶,并列举了部分测试结果,测试结果表明该器件具有良好的隔离特性和较高的线性度。

     

    Abstract: A high-voltage linear optocoupler is designed, which could transmit analog signals accurately and meet the requirement of high-voltage isolating. It contains a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a Si-PIN photodiode. The operation principle and the design of circuit are described. The main factors affecting the isolating properties and linearity are analyzed. Measuring results indicate that the device possesses an excellent isolation properties and high linearity.
