Abstract: This paper introduces the applications of optical devices in coarse wavelength division multiplexing system, comparing with that of dense wavelength division multiplexing system, obtains the advantages over coarse wavelength division multiplexing system, points out the RD direction further of coarse wavelength division multiplexing device at last.
