轴对称电子光学系统空间的自动网格划分

                            摘要: 提出了一种轴对称电子光学系统间子午面上的网格自动划分方法,开发了自适应边界网格划分处理程序,可以对任意形状的封闭轴对称电子光学系统区域自动以较小网格间距划分,得到空间区域的网格点各参数,为进一步用计算机数值计算求解拉普拉斯方程或泊松方程(五点法)打下基础,简化了电子光学系统边界资料的输入及简化调整边界形状和网格间距过程,通过计算、修改、得到较好的结果参数。Abstract: A new method of mesh-autodivision for space of electronic optical system is presented in this paper. And basing it, a program of "auto-adapting mesh-division for boundary of electronic optical system" is developed. With this program, the mesh-autodivision with small mesh pitch and the parameters of each mesh point for the close area of electronic optical system with arbitrary boundary can be achieved. Thus, the data-in of the system boundary and the modification of the boundary outline and the mesh pitch can be simplified and the designing of electronic optical system can be rapidly completed.
