一种新型虚轴机床的结构设计与位置分析

Structure Design and Displacement Analysis for a New Type Virtual Axis Machine Tool

  • 摘要: 提出了以四自由度空间并联机构作为主进给机构,辅以双向移动工作台实现多坐标数控加工的一种新型虚拟轴机床的结构设计方案。该虚拟轴机床具有工作空间大、灵巧性好、位置与姿态解耦等优点。计算了主进给机构的自由度,给出了位置反解的方法,推导了位置正确的封闭方程,并给出了数值实例。

     

    Abstract: A structure design scheme for a new type virtual axis machine tool(VAMT) is proposed in this paper. The scheme utilizes a 4-dof spatial parallel mechanism as main feed mechanism, assists with a dual-direction movable worktable to realize multi-coor dinates NC machining. The VAMT enjoys many advantages over its conventional counterparts:large workspace, good dexterity, position decoupling with orientation et al. The DOF of main feed mechanism is calculated, approach for inverse displacement analysis is given, and closed equation of forward displacement analysis is derived. Anumeric example is given for illustration.
