磷酸钙四孔穿线生物陶瓷人工眼球的研制

Development of Four-hole Sutured CaP Bioceramic Ocular Implant

  • 摘要: 通过湿法沉积工艺实验室合成了Ca/P摩尔比为1.67的磷酸钙粉料,其物相纯正,结晶良好。通过发泡和传统陶瓷烧结工艺,制备出新型四孔穿线人工眼球。眼球微孔结构均匀,平均孔径为300μm,孔隙率为70%,且微孔相互贯通。在临床手术中用于对眼球缺失患者进行整形和美容修复,无须使用外来巩膜。

     

    Abstract: By wet-precipitation method, pure calcium phosphate powder with Ca/P P molar ratio of 1.67 and good Crystallization is synthesized in lab. A new type of four-hole sutured artificial eyeball is made by foaming through traditional ceramic technology. The eyeball holds a uniform and inter-connective micropores with an average diameter of 300 μm and a porosity of 75%. The new type of eyeball is used in the repair and plastics of patients' ophthalmosteresis, and there is no need to use the foreign sclera.
